In late 2019 a new global health threat was emerging that would change the world for years to come. Within 3 months of covid-19 arriving on our shores, testing systems, technologies and stations were being developed and deployed to control and track the spread.
RMI were contracted by the UK Health Security Agency to provide a mobile PCR testing system that would aim to have around 150 mobile testing vehicles travelling from community to community. In turn, RMI had an instant requirement for an IT partner that could come onboard and quickly develop an online platform that would host a central database capable of processing 1000’s of results a day and feed data directly to Public Health England.

RMI was recommended to Integrity Technology who already provided IT services to other Lab Partners. The team were quick to assess and start development of the platform that would host the core servers, 8 in total. Around 150 laptops were also configured and quickly deployed. The whole system, from laptops, communications to the online servers was exceptionally reliable and served RMI well for the duration of the project, any issues were dealt with effectively and efficiently.

In May 2022 Public Health England ceased the project and the system was archived and decommissioned. Integrity and the team have been instrumental in RMI’s successful delivery of the project. Communication and support was second to none, adjusting to our needs at all times and working round the clock to meet near impossible deadlines. With RMI now bidding for other large scale and complex projects, if we need an IT partner, Integrity would be a team we would reach out to immediately.

When we decided to expand with the opening of Colmans Seafood Temple in South Shields, we needed an IT provider to equip the temple with an IT infrastructure that would provide for our internal ordering systems and guest WiFi services with security and reliability in mind. As a family of award-winning traditional fish fryers, we had no idea where to start. We were recommended to Integrity Technology who were quick to respond and effortlessly took the project onboard. You can imagine how busy we were with the development of the Temple, so to be able to leave this with Jon and team was invaluable.

The Integrity team are now our go-to people for all things tech!

Sweeney Miller have worked on and off with Integrity Technology for many years. In the past 3 years we have seen significant growth, with the company almost doubling in size to approx. 75 employees. The rapid growth started to reveal issues with our systems and the responses from our provider at the time. After careful review, we brought Integrity Technology fully onboard in mid-2021 to take over all support. This has proved to be an excellent decision, with improved reliability and staff no longer held up with IT matters.

I can honestly say, working with Integrity has been a breath of fresh air. Jon and the team are lifesavers and even when things do break down from time to time, they are immediately on the ball and do whatever is needed to get the job the done.

We have just moved to larger offices in Newcastle for which Jon pulled out all stops to get the IT sorted for us.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Integrity Technology.

At the time we started to work with Integrity Technology, back in 2010, the college employed 25 members of staff. As the college has now grown to 135 staff members and now has its own Campus in Washington, Integrity Technology have been pivotal in our changing needs and requirements. We have formed a personal and trusted relationship with the team, it’s like having our own internal IT department.

Nothing is a problem for them, they can be contacted quickly, cutting out delays and red tape and the service is always personal, flexible and competent.

If you need a team to get the job done, I would absolutely recommend speaking to Jon and the team.

Brewing award winning beers isn’t just working with malt, hops and yeast. Behind the scenes we’re very digital and have a large dependency on our IT systems to ensure the pumps don’t dry up. Our internal systems manage recipe formulation and ingredient traceability, container tracking, stock control, CRM for trade sales and direct sales both onsite and online. We engaged with Integrity Technology years ago to have our network upgraded following an increase in issues and more reliance on IT. We like the fact we were not pressured into a support contract and the team are happy to support us on a flexible ad-hoc basis, this really works for us given the volatility over the past few years. They are always easy to reach and quick to dial in and sort issues. Since their work we’ve had years of smooth running with high availability of our systems. Oh and I have to say, Jon enjoys our products too so we have an excellent customer / supplier relationship!

Having worked with Integrity Technology in the past we knew they would be an ideal and trusted supplier for the new venture. Jon and the team made the whole process hassle free from the extensive cabling, kitchen displays to all communications and Wi-Fi equipment. The systems work flawlessly, and support is consistently quick and effective when needed.

When our IT person moved on, we found ourselves in a difficult position with limited access to IT support. We made contact with Integrity Technology who have been excellent from the outset, immediately providing much-needed tech support services and taking time to understand our systems.

Old and problematic systems have been gradually replaced with new, spreading the cost with no interruption to our operations. We now see exceptional levels of efficiency and reliability, something which is essential to our business. The support we receive from the team is consistently responsive and the pain points of slow equipment and regular issues are gone.

IT systems can be a worry, but the team at Integrity Technology have given us confidence in our systems!

Elliott Westland Insurance Brokers Ltd approached Integrity Technology in 2019 following concerns about our IT systems. Regular issues were becoming increasingly difficult to manage and risked affecting our service to clients.

After an initial chat, they quickly offered a solution and provided a proposal that was concise and jargon free, as we also did not have to sign up to a lengthy contract, this gave us the confidence to engage their services.

Our new systems are now extremely reliable with maximum availability giving us the opportunity to provide first class customer service to our clients.

Overall, the team have been most helpful, responsive and flexible and an ideal fit for Elliott Westland.
