In late 2019 a new global health threat was emerging that would change the world for years to come. Within 3 months of covid-19 arriving on our shores, testing systems, technologies and stations were being developed and deployed to control and track the spread.
RMI were contracted by the UK Health Security Agency to provide a mobile PCR testing system that would aim to have around 150 mobile testing vehicles travelling from community to community. In turn, RMI had an instant requirement for an IT partner that could come onboard and quickly develop an online platform that would host a central database capable of processing 1000’s of results a day and feed data directly to Public Health England.

RMI was recommended to Integrity Technology who already provided IT services to other Lab Partners. The team were quick to assess and start development of the platform that would host the core servers, 8 in total. Around 150 laptops were also configured and quickly deployed. The whole system, from laptops, communications to the online servers was exceptionally reliable and served RMI well for the duration of the project, any issues were dealt with effectively and efficiently.

In May 2022 Public Health England ceased the project and the system was archived and decommissioned. Integrity and the team have been instrumental in RMI’s successful delivery of the project. Communication and support was second to none, adjusting to our needs at all times and working round the clock to meet near impossible deadlines. With RMI now bidding for other large scale and complex projects, if we need an IT partner, Integrity would be a team we would reach out to immediately.

When we decided to expand with the opening of Colmans Seafood Temple in South Shields, we needed an IT provider to equip the temple with an IT infrastructure that would provide for our internal ordering systems and guest WiFi services with security and reliability in mind.  As a family of award-winning traditional fish fryers, we had no idea where to start. We were recommended to Integrity Technology who were quick to respond and effortlessly took the project onboard. You can imagine how busy we were with the development of the Temple, so to be able to leave this with Jon and team was invaluable.

Sweeney Miller have worked on and off with Integrity Technology for many years. Brewing award winning beers isn’t just working with malt, hops and yeast.  Behind the scenes we’re very digital and have a large dependency on our IT systems to ensure the pumps don’t dry up.  Our internal systems manage recipe formulation and ingredient traceability, container tracking, stock control, CRM for trade sales and direct sales both onsite and online.  We engaged with Integrity Technology years ago to have our network upgraded following an increase in issues and more reliance on IT.  We like the fact we were not pressured into a support contract and the team are happy to support us on a flexible ad-hoc basis, this really works for us given the volatility over the past few years.  They are always easy to reach and quick to dial in and sort issues.  Since their work we’ve had years of smooth running with high availability of our systems.  Oh and I have to say, Jon enjoys our products too so we have an excellent customer / supplier relationship!

Bringing Hard Rock café to Newcastle during the pandemic was no easy task!
